A few days ago I donated for 300 days and was able to join that evening and play as a donator. Today it reads I am not a donator and do not know why. Can an admin explain as to why?
I donated 11/8 and was listed as a donator. Today I am not and do not know why. It shows my payment went through.

Donator has been broken this whole week, bottiger really needs to disable further donations until he fixes it.

There was a connection problem between our US server and the database server that only lasted for 3 days. The server was not able to connect 50% of the time. All our other regions like NY and LA were unaffected.
It has been fixed since the 11th.
