How to Spend Wallet $ Faster

Anyone know of like a glitch or something, or something to TELL VALVE to stop making the stupid decisions that they do, like when you add a card to your Steam wallet you have to wait a fucking week before you can start spending any of the money in it? Is there like a simple trick to doing it? :\

Happened to me about 2 weeks ago. If you think about it, it does make sense.. someone who steals cards can launder money through steam if there is no cooling off period.

Don't those steam wallet cards you can pick up at gamestop bypass this?

I'm not certain but I do remember buying a steam wallet card and buying games with it that day. Not sure if it affects the community market restrictions too.
