i was playing in a trade server and i saw a black heavy with jarate sniper milk shot circuit and more, i was wondering if it is a hacker or a special weapon that you can get some way and HOW
 
Trade servers do have some rtd functions and jetpacks and other non standard server features so it could be any of them
