How do I join.

I'm new to tf2 and gaming in general on Pc so how do I join a skial server.

Go into tf2, click “community servers” under find a game, search “skial.com” in the search bar, you’ll probably see loads of skial servers pop up, just click one to join it, preferably right click the server and select “add to favourites” so you don’t have to do the rigmarole every time.
