High Ping
I have been playing community servers recently and for some reason my ping peaks to over 100 randomly, and its not just me but I often see random people have the same problem. I'm still cautious after the ddos attack on last year's Scream Fortress so I have to ask if hackers have found a way to do it again given their recent client disconnect attacks. For reference I went on both Skial and Uncletopia servers and its the same problem on both servers.
