Declined High-Five Taunt on Trade NY

So, you can only high-five taunt with members of your team. I do remember why it got blocked so that you can't high-five the other team. I think it'd be pretty cool if it could be brought back. Even if it is a trade server, a lot of people and I like to just mess around while we trade. And anyone who exploits the taunt will get reported for it so... Yeah. It should be unblocked.

It causes crashes when you try to high five people on the opposite team. Also people used this plugin as an excuse to be friendly: "Why can't I be friendly if you have a plugin that allows it?"
