Hi just wondering if the Skial Asian Server is active, and if so what time is it active?

The title is self explanatory. I just want to know if the Asian Skial server is active/ gets any activity, and if so what time is it at its most active?

Oh yeah I almost forgot, if the Asian servers don't get activity do the AU servers get any activity, and if so again what time?
