I don't know your personal situation, but if I only had 80€ (£63, $91) in my bank I wouldn't be spending it all on games.

OW is for sure the best out of these games in my opinion.
However, the real question is OW versus CS:GO objectively.
If you like a more realistic aesthetic and competitive environment than CS:GO is the way to go, but you'll be putting up with a god-awful community.
OW is better if you want something with a more pleasing cartoon-esque aesthetic and less competitive but more unique and inventive environment.
It really depends on your preferences.

The division sucks and nobody even plays it anymore
rainbow six is super fun, but the servers as shit and the hitreg is questionable. I think samson is right.
You're not gonna have fun with csgo unless you know what you're doing. So unless you're willing to attempt to get better, you're not gonna find it very much fun. OW on the other hand is very easy to jump into and have fun.
so personal preference is the real deciding factor.
