I donated $5 on the 21st of feb, and i dont have donator perks anymore.

It's possible the server you're on was/is having issues. What server did you try, and can you try another in a different region? Also, is nothing working, or is there something specific?

it's the same for all skial servers, it says i have to be a donator to use the commands.

When i used your profile link on the donations page, i saw your donation runs until 23 march 2013.
So your perks should work. If you still have a problem with the perks, i think only bottiger can fix this.
