Help regarding raffles

Here's what I wanna do, I want to set a minimum amount of people that can join my invite-only raffle, which is for 1 crate and Terraria

How do I begin? I'm completely new to this stuff and have no idea as to how raffles work.

From my understanding, I start a raffle with the crate, invite only, charge 1 rec to enter the private raffle, and then wait.

How do I go about the charging the reclaimed for an invite and how do I make a minimum to actually start the raffle? Do I start the raffle first THEN start handing out invites?

well, have them give you a 1 rec buy-in then give them a ticket or key (if your using TF2r). Where are you making the raffle.

You can set a max number of tickets, then set it to start when that number is reached. Or you can start the raffle the second you create it.

You charge a rec by steam trading the individual, then sending them the invite url. You have to individually generate each url on the tf2raffle page.

set the option to invite only. Although I don't think buy-in raffles are allowed at tf2r.

They are, it's just that they are watched closely by the TF2R admins on the Chat. It is a bit of a hassle though.
