Ok here is the problem:

This player TheSwedishChef ALWAYS starts random vote against the players, starts griefing, if his team is losing he change to spectator and then joined the winning team etc.

I have A LOT of screen shots and a demo about this guy...

It is possible to permaban him?

This dude is online rith now in Play Load LA server and is griefing, starting random vote vs players etc...

He's on a month timeout now for teleporter griefing. I'd have made it a permanent but it's been 18 months since his last ban expired.

So the vote abuse +griefing + racist don't count?

No demo? Dude I put a demo and A LOT of screenshots...
