Why do players hate the Hawk map? I actually find it very fun. I recently noticed that it has been removed. The last time I played on it was about 8 months ago, or maybe even longer, because nobody ever voted for it whenever I joined a game. That was one of the reasons I stopped playing Deathrun so often, since most of the other maps feel boring to me.


Now I've seen that Hawk has been removed completely, and that's really disappointing. I wish they would bring it back. It's sad that I never got the chance to properly say goodbye to the map before it was gone

I think the happiest person alive after the Hawk map got removed was Ellis.

Because no one like the map and almost every one wanted it removed

Hawk tuah was removed because no one enjoyed playing that map, even the suggestion to remove it had 47 upvotes before it getting approved.
 
The map eventually got removed because of map stats; kept decreasing in overall time played to the point it was one of the least played along with Hill Billy, Boomershooter, and Aztecan Redux.
