Need Supporters Have Mute & Gag disable commands

When you mute and gag, we should also prevent people from using commands. Often in times, one player mutes a spammer, for like, spamming words, like H4X, or N00B. When the vote passes, and the spammer is muted, however, the spammer is still able to access commands. My suggestion is that when we mute+gag someone, we literally MUTE AND GAG 'em! Like prevent them from using commands. In common situations, as soon as the spammer, or whoever is doing wrong in the server gets muted, he/she tries to avenge the starter of the vote back by banning him/her for no reason, or spam votes.

Imagine this situation. Someone is griefing you. You ask them to stop. You then try to voteban them, it fails. You then ask people to type votereport to report them. They then votemute you and all you have left is the odd attempt to voteban them.

Happened to me today.

You can still report it on the skial forums.. You don't necessarily have to have a number of people on the server agree with you. Just post it somewhere here. Say something like "ogbornod;g is griefing, (insert reason and what he/she is doing)" and I am sure an admin will take care of it, unless it's an invalid reason and/or you got no evidence.

Done that. Appears to be no admins around. To be honest, that was the worst time I've ever had on a Skial server. There was literally nothing I could do.
