I'm looking to trade this Professional's Panama for either 2 buds, a Max's Head, a pyro/Medic/scout unusual with either Purple energy or Eerie Orbiting Fire effects.
To my knowledge, this is the only available hat with this effect.

45 keys(Nobody really pays in keys though now.) or
