1.66-key does mean "1.66 and 1 key" or "1.66 or 1 key"?
Actually, I'm going to sell it.
he means 1.66 to a key..like a ref and 2 rec..or 2 ref...or 2 ref and a rec..etc.
Although spread says 1.33 to 1.66 i doubt you would get more for it than 1.33. But never huts to try. :)

Got three of them for 1.22 refined each. But the price is up in the air from standard craft hat price (1-1.33 Refined) to 1.33-1.66 refined, if you want push for 2 ref since it is a relatively new hat go for it, but it might not get you anywhere.
New item, but it's also in a limited crate which get unboxed a lot these days, therefore there are tons of them. Unlike other new items which are just added to a drop and craft systems.

I don't understand the meaning of "1.66 to a key". I'm a total n00b at trading, so that can explain it.
metal prices are as follows.
1 scrap is worth .11
3 scraps make a reclaimed
1 reclaimed is worth .33
3 reclaimed makes a refined
1 refined is worth 1.00
a key is "usually" 2.55. But fluctuates to 2.66 at times.
So if i was buying a key i would give the trader 2 ref (which totals 2.00) and 1 reclaimed (which totals .33) and 2 scrap (which makes .22)
2.00+.33+.22 =2.55

Trust me, it WILL come to you quickly, just take your time adding and don't let anyone rush you. Using a calculator is easiest for multiple items.
