The Crone's Dome used to sell for 4 keys but the demand has dropped a lot since then and you'll find a hard time selling it off even with the fancy paint spell, you'd be better off holding it until next halloween when you can sell with the hype and get some extra dough, especially if the spells don't return.
Maybe a key if you can find the right buyer, but it's hard to do since the spell doesn't show up on trading sites.
