Halloween items?

So I understand that the Skial servers have Halloween stuff enabled all year round; is this correct?

Currently, the Halloween stuff doesn't seem to show. Ever since the latest TF2 update, I think. I assume the update messed it up or something?

yep, some problem makes that the plugin doesn't work properly since the pyromania update

it was fixed.
you can also force mtp mode. which im guessing means everyone can see balloonicorns and shit all the time w/o the goggs

Ok, so from what I can tell, the plugin/sourcemod elements are completely server-side stuff? In which case, what do I do to get Halloween stuff showing again? Unless it's just that the skial servers haven't implemented this fix yet?
