Already Done Halloween every server

For admin: Put tf_forced_holiday 2 and put it into the server.ctg file, and it will allow full-moon items without restrictions

yes, and the fullmoon plugin doesn't force the halloween skins for health/ammo pickups nor force the Thriller taunt (though the last update now prevents it from overwriting special taunts from item equips e.g. Amputator, Equalizer, etc.)
