Invalid Haiku - Spamming

If you look at his chat logs he's been saying two correction, several things over and over again. I don't know if its considered spam because he's (somehwhat) spacing it out, but he's doing it so much its reaching the verge of spam

I asked him to stop or at least tone down his constant chat binds but he said he wouldn't

The mason thing I assume is for the ubers, but I'm referring about the other two chat binds

Sorry if it isn't considered spam, after seeing his 'shitlord' binds go through chat for 3 rounds it started to feel like spam
