Any other information
The user kept using the "Kill everyone" option in "dr_diddydoit", and going to a minigame afterwards to make sure no one plays it, all as an attempt to make the other players enraged.
He also kept killing everyone at the end in "dr_valve_hq", but i wasnt recording at the time. He has a habit of waiting for people to fall into the traps for him so he reaches the end to troll, I know waiting is a common DR strategy, but hes clearly using it to be able to continue his trolling.

Ok I seen some people do that to kill everyone on both of the maps it’s not trolling but it their decision if they want to kill everyone but I seen this guy before I think that 100% griefing when he does that every round and what he say in chat is racist and discrimination

I don't see how this is griefing if the map allows it as an option. I don't see any rule breaking in the chat logs. I'll keep this open for now for another admin to weigh in on potential griefing - they may see things differently.

I would also see it as being their own decision, but constantly doing this every time just feels like griefing, like they're actively trying to piss people off on purpose and get a reaction out of it.

The winner is allowed to pick whatever option they like even if it's annoying. If you don't want them to pick that then make sure you get to the end instead of them.

Kinda hard to do when hes using the fastest class in the mode and outright refuses to go into any traps unless hes the last one. (As you've seen with the 3rd waiting clip, even with only a pyro by his side, he only tried to go once and didnt even get in trap range), if the hale is decent, it's quite difficult to get to the end first, since he will play the game normally and kill everyone that gets into traps, which almost always ends up with H2 being the sole player alive.
This way, to actually get to the end before H2, you have to play the same way he does, and hope that the motivator doesn't get close enough, that, or just pray that Hale screws up when you run into a trap (which doesn't happen often). Being forced to play a specific way or glitch/exploit into the minigame just to be able to play it kills the fun, you know.

But I still get why this got invalid, my point only applies to the maps with "Kill everyone" options, nothing to do about it on the rest.
