As title says. I am able to provide proof, and am willing to use a trusted middleman (preferably off SteamRep -- a large, and trusted database usually for those who do risky trades involving cash and TF2 items)

EDIT #2: It does activate on Steam, and I got it from a friend who got it while buying one of those computer parts (he was building a computer back then)
