I'm pretty sure this update killed everyone's custom huds, i haven't seen a single one that looks right.

Does anybody else's game look different? I have noticed it is a lot smoother and the graphics are better. Unfortunatly it broke my config though, it does not override all the video settings anymore. I'm thinking it might be source 2, but can anyone confirm?

I dont see festive lights on my weapons anymore. Anybody who can check or noticed the same issue? Im running on DX9. I just see the stock rocket launcher skin for example instead of the festive variant.

Have you tried it on dx8? I can check to see if festives work for me in the morning. There are some bugs and glitches going around for sure, I think we are just going to have to sit back and wait for the developers to fix it.
