He has a shotgun named "faggot lyncher," which I believe would fall under the slurs rule, and the 'lyncher' part of the name could fall under the racism.
He also lied about it when I originally brought it up after dying to him and seeing the name of the shotgun, he said the name of the shotgun was "big bertha," a blatant lie.
His steam inventory, with the shotgun mentioned and profile picture and name to prove it is him.
