Rvsz Legendary Skial King Contributor Mar 26, 2012 #7 Most of Skial servers are all-talk with general discussion, has little to do with the actual gameplay, so I think it should be allowed. On a competitive server it's different, since people can call out spies for example, but teams use mumble to talk anyway.
