Graphics Card selection help (I'm dumb)

I know I made a thread like this about a week ago...

but I am looking for a new graphics card, that will last me, that is around $100 to $130 bucks. If that even is a good price range to buy a graphics card that can run watch dogs, skyrim, far cry, etc.(maybe a little more if it'll last me a few years). but I was using a website to compare two graphics cards.

I can't really tell which one is better.. they both seem good in different areas. I want a graphics card that makes the games look nicer and that is fast..

If you also know of any better graphics cards in that price range than let me know.
