Got banned for no proper reason

  • If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.

Got banned from one of the EU 2 fort servers by Extraa.
Reason for banned was Racism, but there was a no racism.

Well, to be honest there was "racism", but I believe that saying US is dominating UK is an observation of political happening nowadays. (edit: through research it's not called racism, so it's fine with the rules.)

Most of my insult were provoked by a group of 4-6 people, who gang attacked me, constantly trying to voteban/votereport me.

Eventually they succeded. I can't believe i get a ban while real criminal scum walk freely. Nice justice right there.

Mostly it all started when I called someone a coward for joining BLU, after he got auto balanced to RED.
At the time, RED was taking a beating, any new player was usefull to defend the intel, and those cowards simply switched side to a team that didn't need new players. After that multiple provocations followed, resulting in my anger taking control of me. He ganged up with a few other players and started provocating. Also, I recieved multiple insults aswell, ranging from simple ones to the family related ones.

Criminal scum:
JP, Videocard, MindGames, Prof. Oak, Calleg (something like that).

What would you do take take the heat of yourself if 4-6 ravage dogs attacked you at the same time.
I admit it was wrong, but it was the only reasonable choice.
Holding the line against 6 people is hard on your own, I had to use a distraction such as this, i could take it anymore. Imagine it as the last resort, a nuke if you will - helps me to take the heat of while at the same time dooming me.

Exactly. You doomed yourself, now you'll have to live with it. It's not like the effects of a nuke can be reversed instantly.

I need to have a button bound to post the typical thing I post on all people fighting their ban in the incorrect way.

Simply take your 4 day ban (its not unreasonable) and learn from it, don't make a big deal about it, come back and play like nothing happened - and you'll be fine. If you feel like you are being attacked simply client mute them, spouting bigotry certainly isn't the way to act.

You did what you did and you're not going to get out of it with excuses, if you had started off by apologizing extaa might have been willing to shorten it, but you didn't and I don't know him very well.

The reasons for the reports might have been wrong, but there was a legit problem with his behavior. I don't think it's worth going and banning other people.

Not exactly the same, since we aren't having a nuclear warfare, it was just the best example i could find. The point is, they were provocating me to do it. It was a harrasment, and they should pay the price aswell.

I'm pretty sure this does not relate to politics in any way.

You were directly insulting and putting other players down, insulting their sexuality and whatnot. There was a little bit of racism, but I would've just made the report reason 'Being a dick'

What exactly am i supposed to learn? That when you're getting harrased and provocated on the server it's fine, but when you start to fight back you get banned? Right. Makes sense.
Also, muting won't help when they vote abuse. if not an admin, the vote would've banned me.

What you're supposed to learn is to not use bigotry regardless of the situation. It's hard to take the high ground when you're already in the gutter sir.

I read your chatlogs many pages back and I read this entire thread.
How about you just report the people harassing you, leave the server or not even respond (/mute them) next time? You'll come across as much less of a dick and the others will be the ones banned, not you.

Unless someone held you at gunpoint telling you to call people discriminating slurs I doubt you had to. An easy solution is to just leave the server.

My nature does not allow it, either stay and fight or die trying. I am not going to get defeated by a pack of twats, who'll insult you and most likely get away with it. (As they did right now, even though they insulted far more cruely than i did, such as going as deep as family members.)
