I edited my post...I know we turned off player collision on surf due to people griefing with it. I'm not 100% on VSH. Also, do you mean Hale should have an insta kill with it?

EDIT: I think collision is probably turned off on hale too. This was probably because there was some bugs with it.

hale already has instakill, he should be able to get killed instantly as well.
