Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:I came into the server and various attempts to voteban him failed (seriously, voteban is borked..)..
I unfortunately didnt get the obvious ones when he was a sniper and just butchering spies cross map etc.. but in the demo supplied as a heavy, in the last 20 seconds or so you can see him shooting cross map at a spy cloaked at 2 point .. cursor is jumping about as it aimbots on the spy..
