I just bought a Photo Badge, went to slap a image on it, and just learned that there is no option to use normal color.
After raging my way to the Steam Forums to ask about this, I learned Valve changed it awhile back to where you can only use a small handful of colors. Everyone who used a decal before then can currently use decals on items with normal color, while the other 98% of us have to use gradient color.
I heard there is supposedly a way to 'bypass' the color gradient but haven't been able to find it. Any of you possibly know how? I tried google and everywhere else but came up empty handed.
