Approved Get rid of jailbreak moderators and the title.

The reason I am suggesting this is because every jailbreak moderator is either an admin or inactive at this point. I also remember Bottiger saying that he removed them all from the plugin/removed the plugin entirely. So, why dont we just have admins and admin applications from now on? Jailbreak also has many dedicated admins at this point. We would have to get rid of the titles on the forum regs that used to be one, too, so that people do not get confused.

All of the mods were inactive. The only thing left to REALLY do is kill the forum title.
