From my perspective it just looks like he was just AFK/busy IRL for a lot of that game.

Since it only happened for a few minutes (the round went very quick), I don't think this is too serious.

Do you always just sit in spectate waiting for someone to report?

Only when i don’t get to play scout on there because it’s really annoying
