so under my protection, i had never heard them say that the gaurds had said 'are they fd' or 'are they kos' even if i had heard them, a lot of people do say this along with me and if the rule

Do not give any help or information (real or fake) to living Players if you are dead ("Ghosting")

There are people who do break this rule 100%, but in my offence, i had never heard them say it, so i hadnt assume

it doesnt matter if all the gaurds should know that a player is kos and were literally watching them kill the warden. you still arent allowed to say it when you are dead. the only information i know of that you can give while dead is information on map layout. such as where a game is located, and information on the rules.

then that rule NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIC!

Edit:
Im ok with getting a mute but thats just absurbed

There's not enough context to rule on this one way or another, marking as "Need Evidence". It might be that the player is in fact ghosting, but we would need more information to show that this is the case.

Saying that someone is KOS is not always ghosting because it has to be information that the living players cannot know in order for it to count, for instance taking ammo/breaking into armory without a Guard knowing.

If he had killed a Guard, this is announced to the whole server - and therefore not classed as ghosting because it is presumed everyone saw the kill feed. Alternatively if they are KOS by the rules then it's not ghosting, for instance after DW is taken and they're not required (this would be classed as simply reminding people about the rules).

If you can provide demo evidence for the context then that would be perfect.

Tried but my numbers on both the top and side of my keyboard appear to be dying. My demo key didn't press when the round started. I can say that they didnt kill people but ran around, at least one of them did, but again not enough in that.

And in my example above I was more talking about when someone attacks the warden and does not actually succeed in killing. Could have been clarified. The sentence works both ways grammatically. Oh well things are getting more difficult for me with a dying keyboard.
