Over the past months, the quality of gameplay and civility has gone down noticeably. The amount of idling/friendly-ing and sewer clusterfuqs (as an example) has gone way up. I recently read the whiny negative "comments" on reddit and agree that those comments are BS from sad children who didn't get their way. Skial generally has good servers, decent admin responses and the regulars are fun. However, it seems that in an attempt to make people happier...game-play has been sacrificed. Don't let "edgy" "whiny" children (some in their 30s) dictate the game. If in fact that is the case. I don't know the reasons this is happening. I only know it is happening.
