just recently got this problem today
uninstalled tf2 twice
validated cache and defragged
deleted everything in my steam folder except steam.exe and steamapps
change download location
deleted client glob
restarted steam
still doesnt load 8(
pls halp

downloaded some directx from microsoft and it says I have the latest version of dx
