Gagged...but why?!

Sup,my name is Intruso on steam,i usually play Team Fortress 2 in skial servers,but yesterday on a deathrun|skial server i've discovered that i was randomly muted,gagged,whatever....i just can't chat,when i try to write something and send it in the chat,it will disappear...but why?
I didn't do anything wrong...i think!

What got you silenced is the following sentence you put into chat:

What other people do does not mean it is allowed. Please stay smarter than them. Make yourself familiar with the rules and in the future you should consider reporting these people instead of joining them. There is nothing honorable about racism.
