I've been waiting for Steam Guard to activate past the 15 days so I can start trading or at least buy something from the Steam Market cause I really wanted a Strange Rocket Launcher.
My dumb ass, never trading before, disabled Steam Guard and then enabled it again not knowing I wouldn't be able to trade. Stupid mistake on my end, I know. So I waited and yesterday the 15 days was so up so now I can get my Rocket Launcher.
Being the impatient person I am, I didn't want to wait and trade for it so I loaded up Steam Market and was all set to buy it for $1.10. I was lacking like 20 cents in the Steam Wallet so I added money to my account and kept on with the order. The funds are added to the wallet but now I get an error
You are not allowed to purchase this listing. The Community Market might be temporarily disabled or your account might be restricted from using the Community Market.
So after doing some investigation found out that now I have to wait another freaking week to trade because I used my credit card to add funds instead of Paypal to make sure that it's my account but on the other hand, they have no problem removing the cash from my bank account and adding it to my Steam Wallet where now it must sit, unusable, for another damn week.
Anybody know of a way to get around this cause it's a bit excessive to me?
