With the frequent Heavy and Spycrab bans I feel it should be clearly stated in the rules as an example. I also feel that there should be an in server warning or a kick with a warning before a ban is given.

No. Rules get broken every day and a lot of it goes unpunished because either it isn't reported or there isn't an admin on that server. However on the contrary additional bans get tossed in due to reports that cause the admins to scan chat logs, notice racism etc and issue a ban which would not have been caught if the other problem wasn't reported. Went a bit off topic there. Nevertheless sometimes people do stuff like what was done here, either unaware of the rules because we aren't forced to read them even though common sense says it's wrong, however it is possible their rudimentary minds simply can not comprehend such a far out concept.

My suggestion to him still stands, TALK to these people, ask them if they're an Admin, or better yet, ask for the rules. I've seen several people, non-admins, tell other users what commands to enter in the chat to get him his information. The Admin didn't even have to be an 'admin', all he had to do was watch, and if he wanted to, make a report, which would have gotten the user banned anyways when his history was looked at. You can't make up these suggestions when you weren't wrongfully banned, you have no merit or value in your words if they originated from lies.

That's what I believe too, albeit my 'comprehensive' version for the OP was a little rough but it got the message across. He can't prove ignorance though because when you look at the logs, previous history, and today's history...it doesn't add up. I didn't do it out of malice to the OP, I did it because his 'group' and the chat after the bans were made were calling out the admin of being unfair and had zero warnings that he was breaking the rules. I wanted to be *Because I had nothing better to do than hear two Traders scream obscene at each other because a key went 'missing' in someone's inventory...*, without a reasonable doubt, sure that what he was saying was the truth. Turns out it wasn't, and now he's in trouble for other reasons besides this. The suggestion was based of mistrust, which is why I decided to look...and when I discovered the above, shot it down with extreme prejudice.

Last touch on this for me i would have stopped with a simple kick. Banning for a day with just a "hey stop it i dont like friendly heavies" is stupid. Really i wasnt even paying attention to the chat i knew people were telling us to stop but we are heavies trying to have fun. I am not mad for my ban because i dont care im just mad they had no warning besides typing it in the chat because i dont know who the admins are i usually just play with a friend who is a regular and also with kodiak who btw all he plays is skial so yeah. So kick=good insta ban= bad.

It's your responsibility to maintain your actions....and you just admitted that you knew what you were doing, and you knew the server asked you numerous times to stop, what else did you think would happen? As Spy says.

You also had a warning, you chose to ignore it...(PLEASE don't make me prove you wrong...)so make a ban appeal, apologize for your actions, and be on your way, instead of taking your ban as an excuse to make or support a poor, time wasting suggestion. You aren't helping Kodak, or anyone for that matter.
