Friendlies are a serious problem in Pass Time.
So basically this one medic got the ball right to the end, and then decides that he should activate the high-five taunt. Obviously he dies, BLU team gets the ball, all their sentries get rebuilt, and we go into sudden death like, 30 seconds later because Pass Time almost always end up in a stalemate. Of course, everyone on our team gets pissed at him, including someone telling him to "Fuck off onto Lazypurple's server". We call a vote kick, and it doesn't work because he has friends on the server with him.

This gamemode is insanely more intense than the other gamemodes, because instead of standing on a single objective and waiting for it to capture, you have to take down all the enemy sentries, and use that short 15 second time frame to outrun all the pyros, snipers, engineers and demoknights chasing and shooting at you, to try to get a ball inside the hoop (or whatever it's called).

So PLEASE, don't ruin the fun of other players who are trying to play the game the way it was meant to be played, and either play properly, or go to a more casual server that's okay with friendlies, like Skial 2fort+, or like the other guy said previously, Lazypurple's Silly Server.
