For some context again, Frenzal is a person who was banned yesterday for evading a silence on an alt.

Now I don't have proof that this is really him, but read the rest. This individual is ticking many of the boxes, and is returning to the same server he was banned in, in a day's time only.

Today, someone named "The Big Pleb" (account in this report) joined and talked in chat similarly to Frenzal, being suddenly aggressive and votekicking someone for crappy ad-hominem related reasons (a Frenzal classic). It is worth mentioning that before Frenzal got banned by a bit, he was the only guy in literally ages to mention to some friendly that friendlying is bannable in Skial, and now today he said the same thing in his first message on this new account.

Does Skial seriously not have IP ban? If it somehow isn't really him or there isn't enough proof, then forgive me but this was just my observation on his character throughout frequent playtime with him. Thanks

If it's not a stretch to assume, given that with the first alt he didn't even bother changing his identity, and this new alt is so obviously fresh, I have high doubts he's smart enough to do that, but otherwise yes there's that. Hopefully if that's the case then he gets banned automatically.
