A week or so ago, I submitted a report here for a guy named Frenzal abusing votesilence on an innocent player. He received a 6 month silence for doing so.

He's back on and I was surprised to see him talking, didn't take me much to realise he's alting. I know it's not really my job to, but out of curiosity I checked his bans before today, and he's been banned once for evading silences once before as well.
All Frenzal does when he has the ability to speak is harass users on the mic and perform ad hominem votemutes. Again, it's not my job, but I want to say that this player in my opinion has no place here in this server. Bad element, hostile and crude, and obnoxious rulebreaker.
Didn't manage to get proof of him harassing a player on this instance as I hopped off the server since it seemed like he wanted to votesilence abuse me off after I tried to votesilence him justly. But regardless of such, the account being able to talk in general should already not be allowed.
