The intel is what respawns the players at the end of the map. (dr_stupidity) It's impossible to pick the intel from the water, as it kills you.

I didn't know that counted as griefing lol. I did not abuse any exploit or glitch, I just pressed L when carrying the intel.

Last ban was almost 2 years ago, I played all that time without any problem.
