So I've reviewed the demo a couple times, and I'm marking invalid due to the fact he was trying to kill the sniper on the light post, ignoring the spy on the bottom because he could have easily killed him.
Other admins could look at the demo and say otherwise if they see fit.

I started recording the demo too late, that spy has been near Hale since round start, Hale completely ignored him, there was a moment when the spy and him were completely alone on the other side of the map and Hale let him stab once before noticing the sniper on the light post.

Edit: Next time I'll start recording the game in the same moment I see someone breaking the rules. My bad.
