Yeah, I play HL demo and I found those b4nny rollout videos pretty useful, but gonna have to practice it to get it right.

Oh yeah if you wanna practice properly with a buff.

sv_cheats 1
bind 6 "impulse 101; hurtme -99"
bind 7 "noclip"
bind 8 "mp_restart_immediate 1"

So you have to have cheats on for this to work. Pressing 6 refills your ammo and gives you 280hp. Pressing 7 will give you noclip. Pressing 8 with restart the round straight away.

Or you could just use the stickybomb jumper
