Declined Fix the AFK bots for god's sake

Please fix your AFK bots skial. In the course of 1 day I had several problems with AFK bots including:
AFK bots not attacking at all
AFK bots staring at the ceiling and shooting
AFK bots running directly into you and doing nothing
AFK bots firing in spawn and repeatedly killing themselves (soldier AFK bots)
AFK engineers rarely build sentries
The amount of problems AFK bots have that makes them practically useless on so many levels can neuter a team with multiple AFK bots. Please fix this.

Those aren't bots, those are just your regular teammates.

I believe you should report the issue. It's not really a suggestion.

Also you should specify the exact server(s).

I do believe he means afk bots in general. I've sometimes seen some on 2fort servers just standing against a wall staring straight up and not moving at all. Even when an enemy came into its view it just sat there. Though there have been times where they'll aggressively pursue the enemy base and do an okay amount of damage.
