Already Done Fix Halloween Spell: Spectral Flame

Have the halloween spells been disabled for some reason, or is this a bug which needs fixing?
I've been messaged to find out the origin of these not working - could we look into this?

Not sure if this is technically a "suggestion" though, but nonetheless.
These used to work before, under the always-on Halloween mode (presumably), so I'm not sure if the recent updates have changed something to do with what counts as Halloween mode, or if a plugin has removed them by accident, or on purpose.

I've noticed this as well, but only my first-person doesn't work; igniting enemies will still use the green fire, at least for me. I'm guessing this is a Valve thing but I'm not sure.
