The current attempts at fixing Hale have not been so successful:

Hale spawn on dr_ancient_memes

As seen here, his HP was lowered so much to the point where he's easily instakilled at the beginning of the map, thus ending the round in less than 10 seconds.

The older reports to fix Hale were complaints about his ability to heal with kits, that was the only issue about the prolonged fight minigame, his HP wasn't an issue at all.
A fix i see to the problem is to revert his HP to what was before, but remove his ability to heal with kits, that way hale doesn't actually prolong the fight minigame or exploit in someway.

An additional problem to DR is the BFB's exploitable speed boost but i've already made a previous suggestion about that.

This problem apparently only affects Ancient Memes, so it's really not a good idea to make such general changes that will affect all maps. Instead, why not have Cream Tea update their map? It sounds like a few minutes of work.

Ideally, deathrun plugins should be moving away from enforcing restrictions like melee-only, flat class health and speed, and huge activator health pools, because those things limit what mappers can create. Mappers can do their own activator buffing using logic, conditions or VScript.

The problem also affects fight minigames from literally every other map that has it, that is shown in the 2nd demo in case you didn't see it, the 1st demo (where hale is attacked as soon as he spawns) only happens in Ancient Memes, while the 2nd demo case can occur in every map with the minigame.

And even with the huge health pools from the previous plugins, maps like Bank could still kill him.

Also, ancient_memes hasn't been updated in 2 years so it's very unlikely it will be updated for this sole reason.
There can be a Stripper config which adds a timer to the fight minigame to prevent the round from being stalled because a Scout keeps running away from Hale.

Please could you list the maps so we could look into them. We may be able to make Stripper configs to balance things out.
