If he can get the people on the servers he plays on to come vote for him, isn't that what admin'ing is all about? Making the servers a better place to play? If he does that well enough for the players to take time out of their day and come make an account to vote, more power to him. I'd even say it's a way better measure of who deserves to win than popularity on the forum.
