Approved [FF2] Remove SCP-096 and replace him with Pootis Bird

So, let’s talk about SCP-096 for a hot minute. The idea looked good on paper. In execution, however...well, he was a dumpster fire. An overpowered dumpster fire that nobody liked fighting. At all.

And thus, the best course of action is to get rid of this boss. Although he had just been added, he turned out to be overpowered poopy garbage.

Instead of this skinny freak, I believe we should bring back a much more fun boss, who was an oldie, but a goodie. Pootis Bird. It was sad to see him go, but I believe he deserves a chance to make a grand comeback.

Anybody who's on the server can agree that they don't want to play against 096 anymore.
I've seen people asking for pootis bird's inclusion into the server and he was well balanced when he was first added so let's bring him back.
