this guy has needed an overhaul for a long time. nobody likes fighting against his rage, so i've modified him to be less reliant on his rage and be able to kill players on his own

Weapon changed from Fire Axe to Necro Smasher (pyro ver)
You will explode if killed by Gabe Newell
Full Rage; HP loss requirement 8000 -> 10000
Movespeed; 260 HU -> 280 HU
HP Formula; none -> (800+n)*n)^1.04 (n = Number of players currently on RED)
Superjump Cooldown; 7 sec -> 5 sec
Basic Stun Rage; Removed
"Valve Time" Duration; 4.5 sec -> 3 sec
"Valve Time" Speed Modifier; 0.4 -> 0.7
