Approved [FF2] Final Sonic Patch

so this is probably the last thread im gonna make on sonic since now i ACTUALLY fixed his model (you can thank bottiger for givin me the idea of just startin up a local server >_>) but while i was at it i tweaked a bit more stuff

• More Voicelines! can never have to many
• fixed one of his background music for some reason it wasnt playin
• obviously the model works now the way the model was written is it looked for specific texture folders so that was an easy fix
• tweaked his bat swing speed
• yes i heard all of your complaints the slo mo should last at least 3 seconds >_>

now that dok has access to the plugin we can test bosses now. so hopefully we should be able to get a better understanding on what things do and how they work before we make threads about them.

well, at least thats what im hoping, he did work like 4 hours to get everything working on a local server.
